Discover the history of the Garonne Canal. Starting at the canal port, we'll walk along the old towpath to talk about the origins of the canal and how it is managed today. Its role has changed a lot since it was built! We'll finish this shady walk on the 3rd longest canal bridge in France, whose history is closely linked to that of the train.
