Treat yourself to the pleasure of staying in a comfortable character gîte, tastefully renovated. Summer and winter, you will enjoy the indoor and heated swimming pool and the spa for 4 people.

A laundry room (LL, SL). On the floor : 1 living room in mezzanine (1 sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, HI-FI system), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140) and 1 shower room. 1 independent WC. Reversible air conditioning. Small animals accepted on request. Possibility to rent for 6 people : 25 €/pers. Outside : covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking space.
Electricity in supplement (0.20 cts the KW): meter reading at the arrival and the departure. Cleaning in option : 70€.
