A large tree at the back of the terrace will offer you the shadow necessary for hot summer days. The 9 x 4.5 m swimming pool is covered by an electric roller shutter.
The house includes: on the ground floor a large room with two salons, dining room and open kitchen, as well as toilets and a cellar. Large bay windows overlook the terrace and the swimming pool.
On the first floor: 3 bedrooms with each (1 bed 160) and a dormitory with (4 90 beds) that your children can share for their greatest pleasure.
