Marie-Edmée Séguin was destined for art very early. She studied drawing and painting with Jean-Michel Colignon, professor at the Fine Arts of Amiens. then continued her artistic training in Paris (university of plastic arts, Beaux-Arts ) before becoming artistic director then illustrator. In 1986 the Académie Charpentier asked her to teach. In parallel to these activities, she developed her own work and began to exhibit. Painter, visual artist, she expresses her relationship to the world through different techniques and graphic vocabularies.
