The “Au coin des livres” group held its first meeting, attended by eight readers. The gathering, which lasted nearly two hours, took place in a friendly, warm, and welcoming atmosphere.
The discussion focused on Ian Manook’s novel “Débâcle.” Everyone had the chance to share their feelings, their impressions of the book, and the parts that stood out to them. This discussion allowed for the exchange of different perspectives and enriched everyone’s reading experience.
For the next meeting, scheduled for April 14, participants have chosen to explore and discuss Gaël Faye’s book “Petit pays.”
We will therefore meet again on April 14 to continue these moments of reading and sharing.
