Through movement-based games, we’ll explore the body in all its richness—as a tool for expression, connection, and creation. Everything will be material for creation: your bodies, your voices, your movements. This workshop will be a time for discovery, experimentation, and sharing, where everyone can explore their presence—in their bodies and in the moment—within the group. We’ll share tools to develop listening skills, the quality of presence, and ways to move, interpret, and create from within yourself.
