Two survivors of a dying world search for a place where the air is breathable again. They follow a strange survival protocol and try to pick up the signal of a distant radio. Suddenly Maahinen appears, a mischievous troll who guards his territory and sows traces of his presence, like clues to a trail to follow. Their encounter is bound to sparkle…
An ecological fable inspired by Nordic myths and legends, Kahina combines physical theater, circus and puppetry. With humor and poetry, “Kahina” tackles the paradoxes of our time, as we seek a balance between acceptance of progress and the need for degrowth. Blick Théâtre weaves a new mythology where fantasy whispers in the ear of the living!
