It can only be eaten about 3 weeks after harvesting. There are several varieties of kiwi in the region: green, yellow and even red.

Reine Claude is one of Tarn et Garonne's star products. It holds the Label Rouge Reine Claude Dorée. This delicious fruit can be enjoyed from late July to September, and has a particularly sweet taste.
Chasselas de Moissac PDO is one of the treasures of Moissac - Terres des Confluences. The Chasselas grapes are hand-picked by the chasselatières and chasselatiers. It's an expertise that has been handed down from generation to generation.
The specifications for this table grape are very precise and make this precious fruit unique. It has an international reputation and is synonymous with quality. You can enjoy the first bunches of this delicate grape from mid-September.
Nommé “plus beau verger du sud-ouest” le Tarn et Garonne est le 1er producteur de pommes en France.
Terres des Confluences est riche en eaux souterraines, ce qui est propice à la culture des pommiers et autres productions fruitières. Ici, on retrouve une multitude de variétés de pommes telles que la Golden, la Reinette ou encore l’incontournable Royal Gala.

Our bees are delighted to pollinate the flowers in our orchards and other crops. We are lucky enough to enjoy their honey, wildflower honey and chestnut honey.
