The green route of the Canal Latéral de la Garonne and the GR65, the Pilgrim 's Way to Santiago de Compostela, offer unique walking experiences.

The Tarn and Garonne rivers meet to form an immense body of water and the largest ornithological reserve in south-west France.

Fishing

There are plenty of fishing spots in Terres de Confluences.

Around the confluence of the Tarn and Garonne rivers, there is no shortage of peaceful spots to cast your line.

The Canal des Deux Mers is another favourite spot for anglers.
You can also sail and fish on the many lakes and rivers scattered around the region.
