Welcome to Pauline's Garden. Installed in 2017 as an organic market gardener, I offer all year round delicious organic vegetables produced with care in the greatest respect of the natural environment.
The words of farmer Pauline:
‘I settled in market gardening after several years of wage labor in vegetable farms. From a totally different perspective, I studied commerce. It was after a long trip to Australia that I wished for a return to earth. Passionate about everything related to food, it is naturally that I turned to the nurturing profession of market gardener. To offer you the best colors and flavors of what nature can offer. What motivates me every day is to work with nature in the respect of our environment and all this for the pleasure of your taste buds! ''
